Bio: Robert Franklin Peden, Jr. (b. July 26, 1911, Fort Worth, Texas-d. February 3, 2001, Bay City, Texas), lawyer. He received his LL.B. from Cumberland University in 1933, and practiced law in Bay City, Texas beginning in 1934. Peden was also the city attorney for Bay City and the attorney for Matagorda County. He married Virginia LeTulle in 1939. Peden is interred in Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City, Texas.
