Bio: Rossie Drummond Kelly, also known as Rossie Lee Kelly (b. Rossie Lee Drummond, February 26, 1926, West Virginia), director of information for the Head Start educational program. Kelly is the daughter of Roy R. Drummond and Pearl Dudding. She married William Peter Kelly in 1971, and resided in Alexandria and Annandale, Virginia.
