Bio: Robert Frederick Allnutt (b. 1935) worked for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) from 1960 to 1970 and 1978 to 1983. He was Assistant Administrator for Legislative Affairs from 1967 to 1970, Associate Deputy Administrator for Legislative Affairs from 1978 to 1981, and Associate Administrator for External Relations and Deputy General Counsel at NASA from 1981 to 1983.
