5-- There will be regional community leadership conferences sponsored by the
PCEEO in Chicago on May 22 and in Philadelphia on June 10. The Chicago conference
is expected
- - the President will sign, in the Rose Garden, the
Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area Bill. It authorizes the creation
of a 72,000 acre national park in Pennsylvania - half'way between New York
and Philadelphia.
