- letter to the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee is a
prosecution initiated for political reasons by the Justice Department under then
Attorney General John Mitchell. As you will note in the enclosed letter, not only
did the Department improperly

Counsel, John Bagwell, had
indicated in testimony that there had been
this letter coming from Mr .
