Attached are the notes of the President's meeting with his Foreign
Policy Advisers this morning.
Those attending the meeting were:
The President
- Rusk: A new peace plan. Thieu won't see Bunker until
tomorrow. We should see how Nixon can get out of this as soon as possible.
Bill Bundy or I could go down to Key Biscane.
I would be opposed to Nixon going to Saigon.
