was waiting with the press. Toured the building
- with the President. He had a phone call from Luci to wish him
a happy birthday. Talked with the Moursunds.
11:30 Got up. To the upper deck (in red hostess gown).
12:30 Saw "Face the Nation": Prime Minister Ky of Vietnam.
