way of falling apart. He mentioned, for instance , early Congressional
support for his actions in Vietnam

were trying to create problems for us in South Vietnam. including the effect
of a dive r sion in Korea on possible negotiations and on our military actions

disappear under pressures which will develop in New Yo r k , especially as

initiative in the UN Security Council. We may- not even get
subscribe
