in Vietnam.

The President: A senator (Senator Ted Kennedy

had been 11 aircraft incidents under President Truman; 33 under
President Eisenhower; 7 under President Kennedy; and 11 under
President Johnsono
I told them not to get panicky about the Pueblo situation
- : I saw where Senator Kennedy pointed out that the
South Vietnamese voted not to call up 18 year olds.
