12:15 Mr. George of Jean-Louis came in for comb-out
- meal and have no flower
duplicated. The flowers on each table were different: geraniums, roses,
African violets, and anemones. Lyndon's lovely telegram! Champagne toasts (everyone)
Following dinner, there was music for dancing.
We sat in the library
- , and Jim Ketchum -- discussed NBC
production to be filmed next Monday; also talked about the Eartha Kitt
incident at yesterday's luncheon.
2:15 Liz, Simone, and Jim left -- I worked at my desk; read several telegrams re: the
