This meeting included the members of the
board of directors of the association 7 and Melville Bell Grosvenor
and two of his colleagues, Franc Shor and Bob Breeden.
Inciden-
tally, I was not then a member of the board of directors.
At
the time, I

for, would require more super grades. Each agency had around three hundred agents,
maybe a little less than that. The total would have been somewhat less than six hundred,
and the administration wanted to increase
