Mr. Dale Meeks, Mr. and Mrs. Malechek, Father Schneider, and Cousin Oreole. Talked
about Father Schneider's trip to Germany; invited Mmes. Hunter, Weinheimer,
and Malechek to Washington to tour historic homes such as Mount Vernon, etc
- about their project. Then went into the museum, and
saw the curtains (window and stage) that the girls had made.
10:34 Arrived at the Frederick Douglass home -- the Trailblazers have made a picnic area,
and are building picnic tables and benches -- I

Cedar House; toured Park Road #49; RR #1; and Highway #290.

President called Mrs. Johnson and Mr. Kellam to come in his room and try on
some clothes. Both emerged in brand new outfits -- khaki pants and shirts

- Arrived at Patsy and Marshall Steves' home -- rub, nap, comb-out -- dressed for
the opening of the opera -- had brief tour of the house.
5:45 Left the Steves' home with Mr. Steves.
5:59 Arrived at the Civic Center for opera. Saw Act 1 of Verdi's Don Carlos
- in the West Hall.

7. CTJ rested on board -- worked with Liz and Erv Duggan on Mike Douglas scenario.
