SUBJECT: Interpretation
of National Security
Council Policy on Africa
I am informed that certain portions of the guidance contained
in present United States policy toward Africa (NSC 6005/1

America is less than the number in Bulgaria alone. The Secretary said
the number of aircraft in the 21 Latin American countries is less than the
number operated by Sweden alone.
