Lawmakers generally see these committees as not particularly relevant
to important issues that face the nation--commerce, defense, taxes, taxes
- usually, and are quite
familiar with the activities that each of us has under way related to national security. In this
case, of course, it involves all of my activities, but in the case of Dr. Hornig it's only a
