Bio: Don Irvin Wortman (b. November 10, 1927, Lakota, Iowa-) is a retired U.S. federal government administrator who served 27 years in senior-level executive positions in many federal agencies including the Social Security Administration (SSA), the Department of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW), the Atomic Energy Commission, the Price Commission, and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
