Bio: Donald Frank Turner (1921-1994) was a law clerk for the U.S. Supreme Court from 1950 to 1951, and served as Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Anti-Trust Division at the Department of Justice from 1965 to 1968. He was also a lawyer in private practice in Washington, D.C., and a professor of law at Harvard Law School and Georgetown University.
