Bio: Jay Littleton Taylor (b. January 24, 1902, Bowie, Texas-d. May 13, 1982, Amarillo, Texas), was a financier, oilman and cattle rancher in Northwest Texas. He worked as general manager of an oil-field service company, Halliburton Company, and is honored the Cowboy Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City.
