Bio: Earl Lee Starkie (b. August 30, 1915, San Angelo, Texas-d. December 19, 1990, Austin, Texas) was a resident of Austin, Texas. He is the son of Clarence E. Starkie and Cora Killinger. Starkie is interred in Fairmount Cemetery in San Angelo, Texas.
