Bio: Dr. Edward D. Re, was an American lawyer, legal professor, and judge, who practiced and wrote on international law. Re served as a federal judge to the U. S. Customs Court and the U. S. Court of International Trade, as well as chair of the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission, and Assistant Secretary of State for Education and Cultural Affairs.
