Bio: Paul Johnston Randolph (b. September 5, 1905, Beason, Logan County, Illinois-d. November 20, 1990, Walton County, Florida), Illinois State Representative. He attended Lincoln High School, Millikin University, and the University of Illinois. He worked at Chicago Trust Company in 1926, Seneca Petroleum Company in Chicago from 1931 to 1933, at Hughes Oil Company in Chicago beginning in 1933, and the Atlantic Richfield Company. Randolph was elected to the Illinois House of Representatives from 1945 to 1976. He was chairman of the House Revenue Committee and the Illinois Special Events Commission, head of the Illinois Commission on Economic Development, and a member of the Illinois Economic and Fiscal Commission and of the Illinois Bicentennial Commission. Randolph is the son of Herman and Catherine Johnston, and he married Florence Brown in 1938.
