Bio: John B. Mayo (b. January 9, 1938, Richmond, Virginia - d. January 26, 2019, Glascow, Scotland) was a naval officer who served as a public affairs officer in the United States Navy for 21 years during the 1960s and 70s, attaining the rank of Commander. In 1967, his master’s thesis, “Bulletin from Dallas: the President is Dead”, was published.
