Bio: Cecille Harrison Marshall (b. Cecille Harrison, February 21, 1914, Corpus Christi, Texas-d. December 26, 2004, San Antonio, Texas) was a college roommate of Lady Bird Johnson. She was married to George Marshall and they lived in San Antonio, Texas. Marshall is interred in Marathon Cemetery in Marathon, Brewster County, Texas.
