Bio: Jesse Cage Kellam, also known as J. C. Kellam, (b. August 24, 1900-d. October 11, 1977) was a long-time business associate and friend of Lyndon Baines Johnson. He was Deputy Director of the National Youth Administration for Texas from 1935 to 1937 and succeeded Johnson as Director of the NYA for Texas from 1937 to 1942. He was general manager for KTBC in Austin, Texas from 1946 to 1973.
