Bio: Warwick Hoxie Jenkins, III (b. December 4, 1921, Waco, Texas-d. January 23, 2001, Waxahachie, Texas) was an attorney. He attended Baylor University where he received a BA and a LLB. In 1948 he moved to Waxahachie, Texas and was an attorney at Jenkins & Jenkins until his death. Jenkins also served as attorney for the Ellis County Water District for more than 47 years, and a city attorney for a number of North Central Texas cities. He was a member of the State Democratic Executive Committee for Texas and chairman of the Ellis County Democratic Party. Jenkins served in the United States Army during World War II. He is interred in Waxahachie City Cemetery in Waxahachie, Texas.
