Bio: John Harllee (b. January 2, 1914, Washington, D.C.-d. February 5, 2005, Bethesda, Maryland), naval officer and management consultant, was Chairman of the Federal Maritime Commission from 1963 to 1969. He was the Commander of the U.S.S. Rankin in 1958 and Commander of the U.S. Navy's destroyer division 152 from 1955 to 1956. Harllee was also a campaign worker for John F. Kennedy.
