Bio: Alain Charles Enthoven (b. 1930) was an operations research analyst at the Department of Defense in 1960, Deputy Comptroller and Assistant Secretary of Defense for Systems Planning from 1961 to 1965, and Assistant Secretary of Defense for Systems Analysis from 1965 to 1969.
