Bio: Ira Winfield Davis, also known as Stormy and I. W., (b. August 3, 1905, Arkansas-d. November 15, 1996, Travis County, Texas) was an executive at the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and the industry representative to Lyndon B. Johnson during the 1960 presidential campaign. Davis is interred in Restland Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas.
