Bio: John Bowden Connally, Jr. (b. Feb. 27, 1917–d. June 15, 1993), served as Governor of Texas, Secretary of the Navy under President John F. Kennedy, and as Secretary of the Treasury under President Richard M. Nixon. He was wounded while a passenger in the car in which President Kennedy was assassinated.
