Bio: Livingston Biddle (1919-2002) was a staff member for Senator Claiborne Pell, 1963-1965; Deputy to the Chairman, National Endowment for the Arts, 1966-1967; Chairman, Arts division, Fordham University, 1968-1970; Chairman, Pennsylvania Ballet Company, 1971-1973; and Chairman, National Endowment for the Arts 1977-1981.
